Support Staff play an essential role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest. From assisting with hosting duties and delivering food to clearing and resetting tables, restocking, and helping keep the restaurant clean and organized, this position supports the entire front-of-house team wherever needed. Responsibilities
Interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner
Tailor our Dining Room for Guests by cleaning and resetting tables
Ensure guests are seated in an order that does not overload a particular server.
Assist Servers with the service and delivery food and beverages as needed
Pouring of water for guests when required
Assisting servers in restocking all dining and service areas, cleaning and resetting tables*
Completing daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities
Have complete knowledge of both the food and beverage offerings.
Stay focused on ensuring 100% Guest delight both on your own and in relaying any messages to Servers as necessary
