
Job Description
As a server, your day-to-day tasks will include serving food and beverages, engaging with customers, ensuring a clean and organized work area, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be knowledgeable about different types of drinks, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a server or bartender in upscale/casual environment
Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn about food & cocktail preparation and menu items
Ability to work well in a team
Food safety certification is a plus
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests.
Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Process payments using POS systems
