Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
Proficiency with POS systems.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus, along with retail math skills for accurate transactions.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits.
Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
Handle cash transactions with precision, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile sales at shift end.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar during shifts, including stocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights, including nightclubs or banquet events.
