FIRST COURSE

CRAB & ROASTED CORN BISQUE

With chive oil & fried leeks.

KOREAN BBQ BRAISED BEEF MINI TACOS

Shredded braised beef in a gochujang BBQ sauce, pickled vegetables, sriracha aioli, soy caramel, sesame seeds, crispy wonton taco shells.

CRISPY HEARTS OF PALM RINGS

Lightly breaded and flash fried. Spicy tomato sauce, roasted garlic béchamel, basil aioli.

SECOND COURSE

HOUSE SALAD

Mixed greens, carrots, grape tomatoes, red onions, toasted sunflower seeds and toasted pepitas.

BARREL CAESAR SALAD

Fresh whole heart of romaine lettuce chopped, signature tomato Caesar dressing, shaved asiago cheese, bacon, sourdough croutons, tomato, and fresh ground black pepper.

THIRD COURSE

INTERMEZZO

Blueberry limoncello sorbet.

FOURTH COURSE

SOUS VIDE SIRLOIN STEAK

A.V. Farms sirloin steak smoked cheddar roasted broccoli puree, crispy fingerling potatoes, peppercorn sauce.

BABY SHRIMP & BAY SCALLOP PRIMAVERA

Baby shrimp, bay scallops, peas, leeks, bell pepper, mushrooms, cavatippa pasta, chive oil, pink peppercorns, asiago.

STUFFED PORTOBELLO

Roasted portobellos crowned with quinoa, roasted red peppers, spinach, artichokes, feta, parmesan breadcrumbs, spicy tomato sauce, balsamic syrup, and fried leeks.
