About the event

Our Smoked Bourbon is back this Thursday as part of our annual release we look forward to every year. We create it by smoking varieties of corn cobs in our smoker before fermentation and distillation, then aging it for four years in a new charred 53-gallon oak barrel. The result is a bourbon with a bold smoky backbone and notes of burnt caramel on the finish—perfect for sipping.


To celebrate, we’re pairing the release with chef features and drink specials Thursday through Saturday. Stop in, raise a glass, and enjoy a weekend built around one of our most distinctive pours.
