This single barrel Whitetail Bourbon was handpicked by thedistiller after aging in a new, charred oak barrel for 72months. It has a soft nose with notes of fruit, oak, andvanilla and the palate is sweet and full with abundant notesof caramel. The additional time in the barrel allows for anincredibly smooth and complex bourbon that is perfectlybalanced between sweetness and woody accents.

What Is a Single Barrel Release?
A single barrel release means exactly what it sounds like: the whiskey in your bottle came from one carefully selected barrel—no blending, no batching, just the pure expression of that individual cask. Each barrel develops its own unique flavor profile over time due to variations in wood, aging conditions, and warehouse placement, so no two single barrel releases are ever quite the same.
While our classic White-Tail Bourbon is aged for three years and delivers a smooth, approachable profile with notes of caramel, oak, and toasted grain, our 5-Year White-Tail Bourbon takes things to the next level.
With two extra years in new, charred white oak barrels, the 5-Year expression develops deeper complexity and richer character. You’ll notice intensified notes of vanilla, baking spice, leather, and dark fruit, with a rounder mouthfeel and a longer, more mature finish.
That extended aging allows the spirit to absorb more from the barrel—enhancing the natural sweetness of the corn and adding layers of sophistication without losing its bold, Pennsylvania grain backbone.
