Spirit Description
Apple Cinnamon Bourbon starts with our Pennsylvania Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made from all Pennsylvania grains and aged a minimum of three years. We then layer in apples from our Keewaydin Cider Mill in Frenchville, PA, along with real cinnamon sticks to complement the bourbon’s natural warmth. The palate is sweet and full, with notes of vanilla, red fruit, gentle baking spice, and oak.

The idea for our Apple Cinnamon Bourbon didn’t start in the distillery — it started behind the bar. What began as an infusion experiment, exploring how different flavors interact with our bourbons, quickly revealed a clear standout. Apple and cinnamon just worked. The balance, the warmth, the way it elevated the bourbon — it was an instant favorite. That infusion became a staple behind the bar for years, and now it’s officially earned its place as a bottled release.
