A velvety blend of earthy mushrooms and charred leeks, topped with crispy oyster mushrooms and a drizzle of fragrant white truffle oil.

Smoked Salmon Mousse Coupe
A creative twist featuring a breaded and fried avocado coupe filled with luxurious smoked salmon mousse, accented by vodka pickle brine caviar and a touch of dirty vermouth cream.

Chislic Bleu
Flash-seared cubed beef paired with crumbled smoked bleu cheese, a zesty apricot horseradish sauce, mini potato chips, and a finishing touch of balsamic glaze.
