The decisions on this program's preferred direction were not made lightly, and frankly, its implementation has spanned several years. We explored the broad range of incentive, VIP, and loyalty programs for restaurants that are available. We reflected about the changes that were made along the road as well as the adherence to our core founding principles that we have maintained steadfastly, all of which have contributed to the success of Barrel 21 today. In the end, this process enabled us to foster a concept and create a program, like Barrel, that strayed from the norm and personified what we aspire to be at our heart. Our opinion is that commitment, belonging, and loyalty should be placed on acknowledgment, rooted meaningful connections, and appreciation of one-on-one interactions.
